Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant. We pay for licensure and any continuing ed there after. Commission on premium is available on new business brought in by candidate. License is not necessary to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Quoting Commercial Insurance policies

- Billing questions and policy changes, handling customer inquires and questions (once licensed) certificates, and scanning paperwork.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with insurance sales (a plus)

- Current Insurance Producer License (a plus)
